OPCOLLEGE – Ontario Polytechnic College has established this refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in its educational processes.
By registering for any course, the student confirms that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
There is no free session, trial session, or orientation session for any course.
Once the course officially starts, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Any cancellation request must be submitted before the official course start date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@opcollege.com.
Requests submitted after the course start date will be automatically rejected.
All workshop and hands-on courses are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or transfers are permitted once a workshop is scheduled or started.
In exceptional cases, students may request to attend the next round of the same workshop by providing valid documentation proving inability to attend.
Approval of such requests is solely at the discretion of OPCOLLEGE’s education department.
If a course is delayed by more than two months, the student may choose either:
(a) a full refund, or
(b) transferring the paid credit to another course.
If the selected course has a different price, OPCOLLEGE will refund or collect the difference accordingly.
If a course is completely canceled by OPCOLLEGE, the full payment will be refunded within the stated timeframe.
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used during registration.
Processing time is 7 to 14 business days after final approval by OPCOLLEGE.
Bank charges, administrative fees, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
Instead of a refund, a student may request to transfer their registration to another course, subject to availability and approval.
Transfers are not permitted after the course has started.
If the new course price differs, OPCOLLEGE will refund or collect the difference.
Only one transfer per registration is allowed.
