Online classes are delivered via Zoom or other designated platforms.
Ontario Polytechnic is not responsible for:
Third-party platform outages
Internet connectivity issues
User-side hardware or software problems
Students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate technical access to participate in classes.
Refund requests are accepted only up until the course start time (before the first session begins).
Once the class has started (i.e., the first session begins), the course becomes non-refundable and no refunds will be issued.
All course materials, recordings, slides, documents, and digital content are the intellectual property of Ontario Polytechnic.
Recording, copying, distributing, or sharing any class materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Legal action where applicable
